John Smith

About me

Let me introduce myself as a smart, white and lovely man who is not afraid standing up for what I think is right. My name is John Smith, I am 38 years old and I live in America. My mom is from Iraq and my dad is from America, but I was born in Ferguson, America. America is a repulic consisting of 50 states and the president is Barack Obama. Ferguson is a city in Missouri and the population is approximately 21 203. It is part of the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area. In 2000 approximately 52,4 % of the population in Ferguson were African-Americans, and 44,7 % were white. So over half of the population is black, this is a huge problem for me since I do not like black people. I would describe the people in my city as very sensitive because they cannot handle that black worthless people are being shot. In 2014, a white police officer shot a black teenage boy named Michael Brown. It has been a lot of riots and demonstrations since that. If you google Ferguson you will find a lot of pictures of angry peolpe demonstrating and not pictures of the city. I live in a apartment with my dog named Adolf, he is a Golden Retriever and he is also my only friend. My parents died last year from cancer so he is the only one I have left. A lot of people are scared of me because of my "horrible" statements and opinions. I am a racist and I think that society should respect that.

Here is the American flag. I love my country even though the president is black.

This is a video that shows peoples reaction after Michael Brown was shot. I think it is pretty funny that people are making a big deal out of it, after all he was just black.

Speech for changes

The US has a long history of racism and slavery with black people. My ideology is Nazism and I follow almost every word that Hitler ever spoken. However, this speech is not going to be about the Nazis and Hitler but about the changes America has to make.

There has been several shootings of black people and who gets the blame? The blame goes out on us white people who just defend our self’s against the wrong race. America has to stop blaming us, and they need to stop being so sensitive. In 2014 a black teenage boy named Michael Brown, was shot by a white police officer and people has been acting all crazy since that. Every time a nigger is being treated unfair they have big demonstrations, why is that? Because they cannot understand that the white people are the best people. We are more intelligent and stronger. They are dirty animals that does not deserve to be here on this earth.

Many people believes that segregation is wrong, that it is discrimination. I believe that segregation is the only right thing to do for our country. My lovely country needs segregation and Ku Klux Klan has to be an official organization who can take the niggers down. However, if we can`t kill them we should at least make them our slaves again. These are the changes I think my country America has to make, and I will make them happened. Who are with me?

Malala Yousafzai and Martin Luther King Jr

Malala Yousafzai

Malala Yousafzai is a seventeen year old Pakistani activist who works for female education. Malala was born July 12, 1997 in Mongora, Pakistan. For the first few years of her life, Mongora was a peaceful place. Then the terrorist group Taliban came and took control. Taliban destroyed the girls’ schools, which made it harder for them to attend school and to get an education. However, one girl spoke up for everyone else, Malala Yousafzai. She refused to be treated unfair and fought for their right to education.
In October 2012, a member of Taliban shot Malala in the head when she boarded her school bus, which were full of girls. Malala survived and kept on fighting for girl’s right to education. In 2014, she became the youngest person to ever win the Nobel peace prize.

Martin Luther King Jr.

Martin Luther King Jr. was born January 15, 1929 in Atlanta, Georgia. Martin Luther King Jr. was an American activist and Baptist minister. He was the leader of the African-American civil rights movement in the United States from the middle of the 1950s, until his death April 4, in 1968. In 1963 in Washington he held the speech “I have a dream” in front of more than 200 000 people. “I have a dream” contains the belief that someday all men could be brothers. In 1964, he won the Nobel peace prize based on his work combating racial inequality by using nonviolence methods. Martin played an important role in ending the segregation system in the South and other areas. We count him as one of the greatest leaders for African-Americans through history. Martin Luther King Jr. was killed April 4, 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee.

Similarities and differences

Although Malala Yousafzai and Martin Luther King Jr. fought for different things, they both have fought for justice and for what they thought was right. They have met many challenges on their way to justice and none of them has gone down without a fight. To fight for what you believe in has a price. Malala was shot four times in the head and survived, however Martin was shot and killed. Both were exposed to violence but they used nonviolence methods through their battle for what is right. For instance, they used their voice instead of physical power. Another similarity is that they both were presenters for those who could not speak out for themselves. They both won the Nobel peace prize, however Malala was the youngest one to ever win a Nobel price and Martin was a grown man when he received his.

The difference is that Malala spoke and fought for girl’s education, she stood up for discrimination. Martin fought for ending segregation and he wanted to stop discrimination and racism. Malala fought for justice in Pakistan and Martin for equality and justice in the United States. As we can see, they both fought for discrimination but different types. Malala is still young and has her whole life in front of her, she can still fight for injustice. In contrast to Martin Luther King Jr. who is dead, however people still follow his words and admire him for his important work. Malala Yousafzai fought the Taliban, whilst Martin attempted to combat the racial segregation in the US at the time.

There are some similarities and differences between the two freedom fighters, however they are both equally important and has managed to change the world for millions of people.

Abortion

Today I am going to discuss the pros and cons of abortion. Should it be legal, or should it not be legal? This subject is heavily discussed, and has been heavily discussed for years. Will we ever come to a conclusion?

As I write this, over 1500 unborn fetuses in the US have been aborted. Is this murder? Some would say yes, and others would say no. In the United States, views on abortion differ from state to state. In the southern states, people are very conservative and have very strict views on abortion. People there are known to attack and sometimes they will kill doctors who practice abortion. Many of these people are very religious and abortion is against their religion. They mean that an unborn child is still a life no matter how early it is in the process.

On the other hand, maybe abortion is the only choice? What if someone rapes you? What if you discover that the child has severe disabilities? Should not abortion be legal for those with legitimate reasons? Not all these question are easy. There are many things to consider. There is a big chance that people will never agree on this subject. The organization called “Pro-choice” use these arguments very often. They want abortion to be legalized so that if you for example get pregnant by rape, you have the choice to keep the baby or not. The choice should be up to you, and no one else. If a woman are out drinking and end up getting pregnant because of a one-night stand, she should be responsible for her actions. A person cannot have an abortion just because she regret getting drunk and having sex with a random guy. A person needs a good reason to do so, but everyone has different opinions about what is a good reason. Abortion cannot be used as contraceptive.

If the U.S makes abortion illegal, we can face problems that are worse. For instance more poorness because of young girls who cannot take an education because they were forced to have a baby. More depression as a result of having something you did not want in the first place. You need to have a place to live, money and people who support you if you are going to raise a baby. If you cannot do so, child protection services will take your child away. It is better that a child is unborn then growing up without parents. Many people believes that if a woman choose an abortion she also choose to kill a child. Even so nearly all abortions take place in the first trimester; the fetus is not a human being at that time because it cannot survive on its own outside the uterus. We cannot consider it as murder if it is not a human being. Pro-lifers claims that if a woman is raped she still should carry her baby. Research shows that babies who are a result from sexual abuse reminds the woman of the trauma she experienced, is that fair for the woman and the baby? A rape is never the victims fault.

To conclusion, I would say that to legalize abortion in all states would be the best thing to do. My personal opinion is based on that no one else should decide what a person should or should not do with his or her body, besides themselves. I agree that to kill a human being is wrong, but for me abortion is the opposite of killing, it is saving a life. It is better that a child is unborn, then being born and feeling unwanted. Abortion should only be considered if there is no other way out for example adoption.
